One of the icons of Marvel tries to redeem your resume with the new Shattered videojueguil Dimensions, Spidey is already among us again.
Considered by many as the Batman Arkham Asylum based on the world of Spider-Man, Shattered Dimensions comes having made much noise during the development process.
To be honest, ranked as the Arkham Asylum of Spider-Man is excessive and fails to meet its quality and its development is much more focused on combat. Still, the real attraction of this game is that it presents us, as if such a case, four versions of Spider-Man.
Amazing Spider-Man, Spider-Man Noir, 2099 and Spider-Man Ultimate Spider-Man are the four versions of the hero who will control, each with its own context, plot, and, of course, characters.
This starting point summarizes both the virtues and flaws of the game, virtues, because, after all, we have four different adventures in one game with, yes, the same link, and defects because, all of them analyzed separately, have a limited duration and will undoubtedly loose plot that fails to convince.
Anyway, we analyze the game as a whole and not adventure for adventure, and the result is an original development, which differs depending on whether we control Spider-Man. Thus, the version of Spider-Man Noir will rely more on stealth and have a dark atmosphere, far from usual in the world of the iconic superhero.
The other, however, are more similar to each other and will fight as a nuclear. To prevent the player from all that action is saturated, Shattered Dimensions has a set of challenges specific to each level will lengthen the life of the game. Similarly, the fight is versatile, both players are content with simple combinations, and for those who want to exploit many possibilities and not always repeating the same combos.
Another of its great virtues is that the most successful recreation of the Final Bosses, being probably the best of the full range of Spider-Man games. He mixes the mythic and known by all, as other forgotten will be remembered only by the most hardcore fans of the series of comics.
On the negative side we can only regret somewhat erratic camera, tedious and civilian rescue missions, unfortunately, the size Noir, completely missed despite a good starting point. More time and greater variety of situations would have been enough to make "Noir" in the best possible adventure of the four available. A pity.
Moreover, Shattered Dimensions is a remarkable game that some sanity returns to the race videojueguil Spidey.
