the Trailer for the Video Game 'PRINCE OF PERSIA: THE SANDS FORGOTTEN - ANALYSIS'
Along with the versions of the Forgotten Arenas for PS3, Xbox 360 and PC, also comes the Wii version, and a radically different self-development that in some cases is even more attractive.
Videogame distinct and different history, if in the versions of PS3 and Xbox 360 our prince should help her reckless brother Malik to deal with the army of the sands of time, now his goal is less generous and more lucrative: the prince wants to get treasures and fame, and in particular, three main desires: power over death, a kingdom and a princess. To achieve this, will be assisted by a kind of genius bought at a market, you get into many problems.
Ubisoft wanted, with both versions, return to the origins of the original trilogy of the Sands of Time, and in the case, the result is even more gratifying that the rival versions. The Prince will continue displaying a feline ability to overcome any obstacles, but that is not enough to overcome the challenges of the kingdom of Izdihar.
So, without a precedent, there will be three main powers at our disposal to create attachment points to reach areas otherwise impossible, creating swirls of sand that inspire us to higher places, and finally, create, too, a bubble from which we can jump again, improvising and our own way. The key is, of course, to combine these three skills in the best way possible.
To add more fun and encourage cooperation, a second player may enter the scene with a Wiimote, and like a Mario Galaxy it were to benefit the principal player with the pointer, either to freeze traps before they are activated, or to create new points of grip. It is not a cooperative to use, but is appreciated.
The other major facet of the plataformera separate lives in the fighting, but unfortunately, these correspond to the more soda and less developed the game. Our prince will have a very poor variety of shots that will eventually saturate soon, although combat bosses compensate for this serious flaw.
Technically it is a beautiful game, with large and reasonably detailed scenarios, exceeding the average length graphic features seen on Wii. It notes the effort from Ubi to create a version that really take advantage of the capabilities of Nintendo's home console.
