the Trailer for the Video Game 'Dragon Age Origins: The Awakening - ANALYSIS'
Dragon Age Origins was one hundred percent BioWare game, story and characters deeply worked, great potential to undertake the development of adventure, freedom to make key decisions and, above all, a social factor that remains the hallmark of all jobs.
Now comes The Awakening, the first expansion with enough content to be sold in physical format, assuming that there have been other minor expansions of substance, such as The Prisoner of Stone, for example.
The story takes us back to the world of Fereldem, 6 months after the events at Origins. The dark engrendros again become a threat, a fact which requires gray guards to intervene in the matter. Our mission, as the new captain of the order, will be to establish a base of operations in the castle of Vigil, and investigate the return of dark monsters. Regarding this last point, will come out a new enemy: The Architect, a monster with free will we make things difficult.
As Expansion, The Awakening Dragon Age Origins is uncovered with a generous game content, being more than a simple expansion. There will be 6 new characters: Anders, Mhairi, Sigrun, Velanna, Nathaniel Howe and Justice. Just keep the dwarf Oghren as classic character, and the remaining will appear in a timely manner according to our decisions in the original game.
It is perhaps here that we can put the only downside to the game: the connection between Dragon Age Origins and The Awakening is sometimes a bit absurd, which occurred in the case of the expansion do not respect or simply ignore the facts stated in the game original. Actually, The Awakening can be considered more as an independent than a simple adventure continued expansion. Similarly, BioWare has wanted us to focus primarily on combat, leaving aside the possibility of keeping romance with a character of our group.
Moreover, the new additions also noticeable on the specialty, spells, talents and abilities. There will be two new skills for each class: for we warriors guardian and warrior spirit. For vigilant and magician magicians battle. And for rogues and shadow Legionnaire. To complete the quota of numbers will have 16 new spells, 32 new 12 new talents and abilities.
It is, in short, more hours of fun to enhance gaming experience of the last great RPG of our time.
