On VideoGames.tv we have within the PlayStation Portable Trailers
the Trailer for the Video Game 'OBSCURE: THE AFTERMATH - ANALYSIS'
As the sequel to the original Obscure, considered one of the great sleepers praises of 2004 developed by Hydravision, and having the main attraction is a cooperative mode, Aftermath is a direct port of this second part, published in 2007 for PS2 and PC and a year later for the Wii.
Now the story continues the events described in the first game but several years later, at the time their players access Fallcreek University. Once there, the nightmare is repeated in a different way: a mysterious plant, used as a drug, causing altered states in young people, and terrible mutations.
Obscure 2 does not change hardly anything about the first installment, and this is perhaps one of its major problems: few changes and decisions even worsen the experience at the first delivery.
The most serious bug is found in our AI-controlled partner, if we have to play alone with the machine, we must assume that he will die on many occasions, and, if we make the most of the game, should be with a friend through an ad hoc psp.
This is also the pressing need to rely on any partner's time we have at our side, which greatly distorts the single player experience, philosophy more typical of a handheld.
Anyway, if consguimos ignore this detail, Obscure The Aftermath is a remarkable game, with a bill in psp and impeccable technique that recovers many of the classic elements of the genre, all while enjoying a title with subtitles in Castilian, to get a closer.
In short, a game recommended for fans of the genre, despite its limitations.
