If you did not have enough with the Goldeneye remake for Wii, Activision has finally shown what it will be another franchise game character created by Ian Fleming: Blood Stone is his name, and we get into the skin of the greatest secret agent history in a completely separate story about the recent movies.
Although at first this game was going to be based on the new film directed by Sam Mendes, the dire economic situation of his company, Metro Golden Meyer, and the recent cancellation of the project have prompted Activision to break out of the film and believes an independent and self-history.
Although not yet know too much about the plot or development, various gameplay videos have clarified many of the concerns around this title. To begin with, and most importantly, the name of its developer: Bizarre Creations, responsible for the recent Blur, that will put all eggs in one basket and experience to make a success of the project, with its strong, above all, stages of driving.
And is that one of the biggest mistakes of notable Quantum of Solace, developed by Treyarch in 2008, it lacked many of the hallmarks of the franchise, as the use of vehicles of any kind, whether cars, boats or even airplanes. For the moment, and taking into account that we are facing those responsible for Project Gotham Racing, driving stages are highly attractive and vibrant, at the height of the mythical persecution seen in the cinema.
A level of development, Bizarre has opted for the style seen at the time of the title "All or nothing", when the rights of James Bond in the hands of Electronic Arts, developed in the third person game where stealth action and equal mixture James will be effective in all facets of the action, either killing or starting subtly brutal shootings. In both cases, the proposed development does not fall by Bizarre Creations for a single second, almost verbatim copying of movies a few moments, as scenes of intense infighting.
Without knowing details of their specific departure date, Blood Stone promises to be one of the best 007 games
