the Trailer for the Video Game 'ALIENS VS PREDATOR - Progress'
Indeed, Rebellion returns to her old ways after starting the series, which is on the forgotten Atari Jaguar during the year 94, with an Aliens vs. Predator that went down in history for its original approach. Later, in '99, a new release for PC, also developed by Rebellion, returned to cause fever around these two great monsters of science fiction designed by the great Stan Winston. The last delivery was made by Monolith, creators of FEAR, going on sale in 2002 exclusively for PC and reaping great success.
Now with Sega as publisher, Rebellion is almost an obligation to succeed, after the resounding failures of his two latest works: Shellshock 2 Blood Trails and the latest Rogue Warrior. Since then, and seen it, run on the right track.
Little or nothing has changed, the formula works: three races and a campaign for each, making a total of 3 different stories that take place in parallel. Weyland Yutani, the powerful corporation present in all the Alien movies, has discovered a mysterious pyramid that, unfortunately, will suffer in their flesh the effects of a battle against Aliens Predators, and in the middle, but fools Marines.
Despite the forcefulness of the Predator and supposed fragility of the Marines, Rebellion is making the three races are perfectly balanced, allowing colossal battles and matched, the Predators will be lethal in short and long distances, thanks to its plasma cannon located in the shoulder, but less skilled in the middle distance, the Marines are real killing machines in the middle distance, but very limited in short and long distances. Finally, Aliens, despite a lack of firearms, will use his great speed and strength to surprise their rivals, depending almost exclusively of surprise.
Another unexpected and surprising fact has to do with the output of the game in Spain, which is that Aliens vs. Predator for PC, Xbox 360 and PS3 will come in two editions, and the two special edition there will be simple: we talk about the Survivor Edition and the Hunter Edition.
